Infinity Academy is a registered 501(c)3

EIN# 81-3075802

Dragonfest is currently held at the Springfield Riding Club facility off of highway NN just south of highway 60 between Highland Springs and Rogersville. This facility is great but for our quickly growing event will soon outgrow it.

Why do we want our own land for Dragonfest? Since we don't own the property at our current location we can't build any of the permanent structures we would like to build. This means that everything we need to set the atmosphere for the event must be brought in and setup. If we had our own land we would be able to build Renaissance themed buildings and structures for vendors, food service, performers, on site lodging with the help of community partners and organizations to teaching work & trade skills.

Things like bleachers, seating and stages could be built in place saving us the extra cost of renting them year after year. We would be able to have on site storage. We would be able to host smaller events throughout the year. Our Dragonfest kingdom would allow skills training and workshops for Infinity Academy students and others in the community who have developmental learning disabilities. The new kingdom would allow us to have camps and trainings for so many groups and businesses in our community.

We are actively searching for land that we can call our own. Infinity Academy is a 501(c)(3) and all donations are tax exempt, Dragonfest Renaissance Faire is an Infinity Academy community outreach project.  We would love to find a land owner who would be willing to donate/lease the land.

Our ideal land would include:

 • 20 - 40 acres (small hills to semi-flat)

 • Mix of woods & fields (mostly woods with about 6 acres of fields preferred)

 • Have a creek and/or large pond

 • Be within 10 to 20 minutes drive from Springfield

 • Have on site electricity, water, sewer or be close enough to these services to have it brought on the property

 • Ideally be easy and quick to access from 1 or more major roads/highways

If you have property that you think might be a great fit for us to start building our kingdom or if you would like to donate to the building fund please contact our Event Director Matt Carra at or 417-708-6670 ext 103.
